MASS PAK
Food supplement. With sugars and sweeteners. The product supplies nutrients - mainly carbohydrates and proteins, it also supplements the diet with creatine monohydrate, taurine and L-glycine. Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and their consumption helps build muscle mass and indirectly supports post-workout muscle recovery. This complete formula is specially created for athletes and active people, it is recommended as a great product during intensive strength and endurance training.
Recommended use
Mix 3,5 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume in the morning, before or after training. Recommended daily portion is 100 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism during high intensity exercises. Vitamin C contributes to normal functioning of the immune system. It is involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamin, vitamin B12 and riboflavin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Product recommended for adults performing high-intensity exercises.
Recommended use
Mix 1 serving size (4 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before working out. Use on training days. Recommended daily portion is 4 g.
