Forms of transport

Orders in Poland are sent via the GLS courier company and InPost Parcel Lockers.

Posting payments

In the case of payment by bank transfer, the time of receipt of the package is extended by the time of the transfer (the funds are credited to our account). In the case of payment via the PayU system, we send the package after receiving confirmation of the completion of the transaction, which usually takes about 15 minutes. We have no influence on the time of this process, it is fully automatic. In the case of payment on delivery, the shipment starts from the moment of order confirmation.

Order processing time

We usually process orders within 24 working hours. In random situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 48 working hours.

In most cases, these are 24 working hours from the time the package is picked up by the courier. In random situations, this time may be extended to a maximum of 48 working hours.

The date of receipt of the package

The date of receipt of the package = the time of posting the payment (only for the traditional bank transfer payment method) + time of order fulfillment + delivery time.

Packing

Packaging fees are included in the shipping costs. We recommend buying several products in one basket to avoid duplication of transport costs. We cannot group two separate orders, therefore shipping costs are added to each order separately. Goods for shipment are properly packed and secured. As standard, the package is sealed with tape. Please check the quality of the packaging upon receipt of the shipment, whether it has not been damaged during transport.
