General conditions for submitting complaints

1. A completed complaint form should be submitted in writing together with the goods under complaint and delivered to the following address:

With a note: "COMPLAINT 6PAK NUTRITION". In the case of submitting a complaint in the form of an e-mail, a scanned, correctly completed complaint form with photographic documentation and a damage report written down in the presence of the Delivery Entity should be sent to the following address: [email protected]

2. The complaint covers only defects resulting from reasons inherent in the purchased goods, provided that the Customer observes the correct rules of using the goods.

3. The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 working days from the date of its submission and to inform the Buyer about the result of the complaint consideration.

4. If the complaint is accepted, the goods should be sent to the following address:

With the note: "COMPLAINT 6PAK NUTRITION" in the original packaging with a correctly completed complaint form. The goods should be properly protected against damage during transport (goods damaged during shipment will not be repaired or replaced under the warranty).

5. In the event of exercising the right to remove the defect, replace the goods with goods free from defects, the Seller will re-deliver the goods under complaint to the address indicated in the complaint header.

6. Complaints related to the consumption of goods whose effect and impact on the customer did not meet his individual expectations are not considered.

7. In accordance with the generally applicable law, the customer has the first right to exchange the defective goods for goods free from defects, if the Seller is unable to meet this request, the customer may demand a refund.

Failure to meet the above conditions may result in rejection of the complaint.
