Melatonin
Food supplement with melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time necessary to fall asleep. Beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule once a day without crunching up and with sufficient amount of liquid. Take 1 serving daily 30 min. before bedtime.

Do not use while driving and operating machines, do not combine with alcohol consumption and other drugs, including herbal ones. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds.
