In addition to stabilizing the collagen molecule, vitamin C also stimulates the production of collagen mRNA by fibroblasts.

Vitamin C plays a number of important functions in the body and mainly contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. It is involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, it contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage, bone, blood vessels, skin, teeth and gums.
Recommended use
Mix 1 scoop of powder (1 g) with 150 ml of water, juice or other favorite but not hot beverage. Use 1 portion daily with meal.
Warnings
It is not recommended for people who are susceptible to the formation of kidney stones. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and well balanced diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
