Recommended use
Take 2 capsules once a day without crunching up and with sufficient amount of liquid. Preferably take 30 - 60 min. before bedtime. Recommended daily portion is 2 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. By children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. The product should not be used when using medications for high blood pressure or diabetes. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
