Proteins constitute a source of amino acids for the body and as a result, contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. Instant formula allows for easy and quick preparation of a delicious shake.
Recommended use
Mix 1 serving size (30 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Use 1st portion before and 2nd portion immediately after workout. Recommended daily portion is 60 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
