Ashwagandha
Food supplement with Ashwagandha root extract contains 666 mg of extract in each capsules. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) is characterized by its antioxidative and adaptogenic properties, adds vital energy and improves mental and physical health. Recommended to athletes who follow a strenuous training regimen and are exposed to the effects of stress.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule once a day without crunching up and with sufficient amount of liquid, preferably during a meal.
