Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen synthesis and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism during high intensity exercises. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. It is involved in protecting cells from oxidative stress and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition biotin, pantothenic acid, niacin, thiamine, vitamin B12, riboflavin contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The product designed especially for physically active people.
Recommended use
Mix 2 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume in the morning, before or after training. Recommended daily portion is 100 g.
