Recommended use
Mix ¾ scoop of powder (5 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 1 portion twice a day: before training and immediately after training. Use on training days. Recommended daily portion is 10 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Bardzo dobry produkt. Polecam każdemu. Masa poszła do góry a treningi są bardziej intensywne. Dobrze rozpuszcza się w szejkerze a cena nie niszczy portfela! :)
