Proteins contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and their consumption helps build muscle mass and indirectly supports post-workout muscle recovery. In addition, the proteins contribute to the maintenance of normal bones. This complete formula is specially created for athletes and active people, it is recommended as a great product during intensive strength and endurance training.
Recommended use
Mix 3,5 scoops of powder (100 g) with 200 ml of water or skimmed milk. Consume in the morning, before or after training. Recommended daily portion is 100 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Mix 1 scoop of powder (6 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 1 portion daily, 30 minutes before training. Recommended daily portion is 6 g. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
