Caffeine
Food supplement. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (200 mg per daily serving – 1 capsule). Product in capsules containing caffeine and grapefruit extract (Citrus paradisi) standardized for naringenin content.
Recommended use
Take 1 capsule once a day with sufficient amount of liquid, preferably before breakfast or 30 min. before the workout. Please note: Do not take before bedtime! Do not use with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects! Recommended daily portion is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing woman must not take the product. Do not use the product in case of circulatory system problems or sensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol! The product contains naringenin, which can affect the intestinal absorption of certain drugs, leading to temporary changes in their metabolism. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
