In addition, this plant can help delay the onset of fatigue and thus extend the time to exhaustion and maintain power for a relatively longer period.
What is the secret of Ashwagandha?
Ashwagandha contains several active ingredients that may be responsible for different mechanisms of its action. These include, among others saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and withanolides (i.e. steroidal lactones, ergostane derivatives). According to a study on the effect of Withania somnifera supplementation on muscle strength and recovery, its adaptogenic properties increase the possibility of being an effective ergogenic aid. This is due to the fact that physical effort can be perceived as a form of stress, and increased human physical performance is a response to stress after using Ashwagandha (Wankhede et al., 2015). In the conclusions obtained in this study, it was found that Ashwagandha supplementation is associated with significant increases in muscle mass and strength, and it was also suggested that its supplementation may be useful in conjunction with a resistance training program.

Recommended use
Take 1 capsule once a day without crunching up and with sufficient amount of liquid, preferably during a meal.
