Food supplement. With sweetener. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women (200 mg per daily serving - 6 g). Pre-workout based on taurine, L-tyrosine, beta-alanine, caffeine, with the addition of calcium, magnesium, vitamins C and E, vitamins from group B and bitter orange extract. Vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, vitamins B6 and B12, pantothenic acid and magnesium contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. In addition, calcium and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. The product is recommended for adults who perform high-intensity physical exercises, including those who train strength and endurance sports.

Recommended use

Mix 1 serving size (6 g) with 150 ml of water. Drink 30 minutes before working out. Use on training days. Recommended daily portion is 6 g.

Warnings

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the supplement compounds. Do not use during pregnancy and nursing. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and well balanced diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Due to the high content of caffeine (200 mg per daily serving - 6 g), the product is contraindicated for children and adolescents under 16 years of age, pregnant women, lactating women, diabetics and people sensitive to caffeine, with hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases. Do not mix with alcohol. Do not exceed consumption of 400 mg of caffeine daily. Do not consume with other products that constitute a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects.
