Food supplement. Pre- and post- workout product based on creatine, in creatine malate form. Recommended for adults performing high intensity physical exercises. Creatine increases physical performance in successive burst of short-term, high intensity exercise. Beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.
Recommended use
Take 4 capsules a day with sufficient amount of liquid. Use 1 portion daily: in the morning, before or immediately after training. Use on training days. Recommended daily portion is 4 capules.
Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute for a varied diet. Children, pregnant or nursing women must not take the product. Varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
