Food supplement contains four forms of magnesium and vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen synthesis and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism during performing high intensity exercise.
Recommended use
Take 2 capsules once a day without crunching up and with sufficient amount of liquid, preferably during a meal.
