However, its amounts that can be formed by endogenous synthesis are limited and usually insufficient in the case of physically active people. In addition, the ability to synthesize it decreases with age. However, it is a very important element that builds cartilage, it is worth taking care of its optimal amount every day.

- Chondroitin sulfate is the main component of the extracellular matrix, very often found in connective tissues, including ligaments, tendons and joint cartilage. It is chondoritin that is responsible for the vast majority of biochemical properties of cartilages.

- Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is a rich and natural source of organic sulfur. Due to its characteristics, it is strongly associated with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), which is the main metabolite next to sulfur amino acids. It is used by the human body to rebuild and maintain the proper form of connective tissue.

- Boswellia serrata, otherwise Indian frankincense. Its extracts are used because they are an excellent source of boswellic acid with broad and positive properties. It has some anti-inflammatory effect, but the main purpose of its use is to support and optimize joint regeneration processes.
