Product based on amino acid formula, recommended during increased physical activity as the product which supplements the diet with vitamins: C, B6 and amino acids: L-glutamine, taurine and amino acids with branched side chains BCAA in the mutual ratio of 2:1:1 in the instant form, which is a form of amino acid that provides its easy mixing. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen synthesis and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. In addition vitamin B6 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Anticatabolic PAK is an advanced product based on high-quality BCAA amino acids (2:1:1 ratio), vitamins, taurine and L-glutamine. Interesting flavor compositions and trouble-free solubility of each serving are the great advantages of Anticatabolic.
BCAA branched amino acids are the basic ingredient of the product
L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine are the so-called branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). They belong to the group of essential (essential) amino acids, which we must provide to the body with food (or with the help of supplementation), because our body cannot synthesize them on its own. BCAA amino acids account for about 14-18% of all amino acids that make up muscle tissue. During physical activity, there is a risk of increased reduction of leucine, isoleucine and valine, so to compensate for this effect, it is worth reaching for their supplement in the form of a dietary supplement. Anticatabolic PAK was created for this purpose.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C has a positive effect on the body's resistance to all kinds of infections. It has strong antioxidant properties that limit the activity of free radicals. It is worth noting that increased amounts of this vitamin accelerate the process of synthesis of new collagen proteins needed for quick regeneration of joints. The effect of vitamin C on the normalization of the level of cortisol, which is called the stress hormone and can lead to the breakdown of body tissues (if its high concentration persists for a long time), is well known.
Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6 contributes to the maintenance of normal protein and glycogen metabolism as well as normal energy metabolism. It also helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system and participates in hematopoietic processes - it is therefore extremely important for the human body.
Taurine
Thanks to the action of taurine on the same receptors as insulin, it improves the transport of nutrients (including amino acids and creatine). It is a frequent addition in the pre-workout supplementation of many respected athletes and is intended to improve the assimilation of the entire product.
L-glutamine
L-glutamine is one of the necessary precursors in the synthesis of protein and other amino acids such as ornithine, arginine, citrulline and proline. It is also the basis for the formation of glucose, its transformations are an important source of energy for many cells of the body [De Bandt and De Bandt, 1998]. It also has anti-catabolic properties, which are often underestimated by novice athletes. It supports muscle regeneration, shortening the time needed to return to full strength. It is an endogenous amino acid that plays a huge role in nitrogen metabolism, thus affecting the rate of new protein synthesis. It helps to reduce the formation of lactic acid, which directly affects the speed of post-workout regeneration.
